MikroTik hAP ax3 is a wireless router compatible with WiFi 6. The manufacturer has equipped it with an efficient quad-core ARM processor clocked at 1.8GHz, 1GB RAM and 128MB of NAND persistent memory. With this specification, the device will work well not only in typical home applications, but will also meet the expectations of more advanced users who require complex firewall rules, dynamic routing or maintaining multiple VPN connections at the same time (built-in hardware cryptographic accelerator). hAP ax3 has two radio interfaces operating simultaneously in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands using 2x2 MIMO antennas. Compatibility with the latest WiFi standard - 802.11ax - means that the bandwidth of the radio connection reaches up to 1.2Gb/s in the 5GHz band and 574Mb/s in the 2.GHz band. Compliance with the standard also means the possibility of using WPA 3 - the latest transmission encryption method. In the case of wired connectivity, MikroTik hAP ax3 offers 4 10/100/1000Mb/s ports and 1 2.5Gb/s port. In addition to the Ethernet ports, there is also a full-size USB 3.0 port.
