Remote Support – Configuration & Technical Support of Network Equipment (30’ or 60’)
We remotely undertake the programming, configuration and technical support of your network equipment, directly and responsibly.
The service includes:
- Initial configuration of routers, firewalls, switches, access points
- VPN setup (site-to-site or remote access)
- VLAN configuration
- Firmware upgrade
- Troubleshooting (connection problems, setup changes, etc.)
- Technical guidance (advice for optimal installation or network topology)
The service does NOT include:
- On-site visit to a customer site
- Supply of equipment or spare parts
- Support beyond the agreed duration without new charge
Process:
- You purchase the package of your choice (30’ or 60’)
- We contact you within 24 hours for an appointment
- The session is held via video conference or Remote Access
Important:
- The cost is not refunded once the session is completed or the time is reserved
- If the work exceeds the agreed duration, you will be informed in advance of possible additional costs
Support hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Important Note: The services included in this offer concern exclusively remote configuration. The provision of services may be accompanied by telephone instructions for the installation of the configured equipment, as well as by possible final remote settings of a small area. It is noted that the physical presence of a technician at the customer's site is not included in the services offered.
