The camera does not require a connection cable or the existence of a WIFI network. It is equipped with a rechargeable battery and 4G-LTE connection, so it does not even need a power supply or an internet connection via cable or wirelessly. It only needs to have a 4G-LTE or at least 3G mobile phone signal in the area where the camera will be placed and to obtain a micro SIM card for data transfer (SIM card and/or subscription to a mobile phone provider are not included).
The camera has a Micro SD slot, so that additional accessories, such as DVR/NVR storage devices, are not required. The battery is recharged via a power supply with the Micro USB cable included in the package. Its operating time, with a fully charged battery, depends on the number of detected events (recordings and their duration). The manufacturer estimates that, with 10 recordings/day, each recording of 1 minute, the battery will last about 2 months. In case no motion is detected, the battery lasts about 5 months.
The smart motion detector helps not to miss anything important. The camera detects potential dangers and sends a real-time email notification as well as simultaneous notifications to the mobile phone. It stores the images it records on the camera's Micro SD card (the card must be purchased separately) or in the manufacturer's cloud (the service is purchased separately, if you wish to use it). It provides the ability to emit an alarm signal when motion is detected, to scare away the unwanted visitor. The alarm message can be customized with a recorded voice.
The user can adjust the sensitivity of the motion detector and determine the time period during which motion detection will trigger the alarm. It can also adjust the area of the monitored area for which the motion detector is active.
